I want to return an item – how do I do that?
We’re here to help, so if you change your mind or you just don’t love your Holibob Bear for some reason, it can come back to us anytime within 30 days of the item delivery.
Easy return is guaranteed! Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue a full refund of the purchase price (less the initial delivery charge).
To help us process your return as quickly as possible please follow the following 3 step process:
1. Please contact us and let us know you’d like to return your item. Please include your name, your order number and reason for return.
2. We can arrange the return for you at a flat rate of only £5 GBP, but would require you to complete and return a form for us to ensure we have correct details to arrange a courier. If you wish to arrange the return for yourself, please contact us to provide you with the return address.
3. Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Your refund (less the return cost) will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible after receiving the returned items. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after your credit is applied by Holibob Bear for it to be available as credit and for it appear on your credit card account statement. If an item is faulty, you may return it at any time. Please let us know straight away if something in your order is faulty. If we could trouble you to send a photograph of the faulty items/s to email@example.com along with your name and order number it will help us process your refund as soon as possible.
My item is damaged, what do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that, it is as disappointing for us too! Please let us know in 48 hours if something in your order is damaged or faulty. If we could trouble you to send a photograph of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name and order number it will help us process your refund as soon as possible after receiving the damaged / faulty item/s.
